K-Designers Leads Green Renovation

The White House is in talks with firms such as K-Designers to figure out ways that previously unseen and unrealized values in the various sectors of the real estate market can be achieved. K-Designers is a firm that’s seen a striking track of success in the past 5 years, carving out a niche in the renovation space for turning around underwater homes and commercial locations. The firm took the odd pairing of theories in physics to developing financial formulas that automatically determine and pinpoint areas of value that have not yet been realized or achieve, but can be. The Wall Street Journal cautions, however, and asks: aren’t these the same creative measures that help to create the credit default swap mess? No, the firm and leading financial and real estate trading experts say. What was going on there was pure greed, but what’s going on with K-Designers isn’t just the application of technology and formulas. It takes clients and properties on a case by case basis, unlike brokerage houses that will take most anybody that walks in through the door. The firm takes properties that show promise for doing good at the social structure level. Green initiatives are a huge factor that’s weighed during those scrutinizing interviews and meetings that determine whether or not a client and/or property is accepted.
